JUST, FAIR LEADERSHIP vs. DISORDERED, ABUSIVE LEADERSHIP

“I am your Jesus, born Incarnate.”

“I’m going to give you a graphic on the difference between good and fair leadership and disordered, abusive leadership. This applies to any person of influence over others.”

-JUST, FAIR LEADERSHIP
– Clearly defines the difference between
good and evil.
– Always supports the Truth.
– Has as his goal the welfare of his followers.
– Does not support error, no matter the cost.

DISORDERED, ABUSIVE LEADERSHIP
– Promotes confusion between good and evil.
– Compromises the Truth.
– Is chiefly concerned with his own popularity,
position of authority and personal gain.
– Gladly supports groups or ideologies that may support his interests or hidden agenda.
