Feast of St. Pio of Pietrelcina
St. Pio of Pietrelcina says: “Praise be to Jesus.”
“Look! The problem today is people do not believe in the Truth of God’s Commandments. They convolute the Truth to believe in a false conscience instead of God’s Word. Not only that, the ones who accept positions of authority in the world do not realize they are there to do God’s Will by supporting His Commandments. They try to re-define sin as righteousness.”
“God knows who they are and how they have abused the authority He has permitted them to have. It is to God Alone they are responsible first and foremost. Then, righteous responsibility to those under them falls in line.”
Read Psalm 82
A Plea for Justice
God has taken His place in the Divine Council;
in the midst of the gods He holds judgment:
“How long will you judge unjustly
and show partiality to the wicked?
Give justice to the weak and the fatherless;
maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute.
Rescue the weak and the needy;
deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
They have neither knowledge nor understanding,
they walk about in darkness;
all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
I say, “You are gods,
sons of the Most High, all of you;
nevertheless, you shall die like men,
and fall like any prince.”
Arise, O God, judge the earth;
for to Thee belong all the nations!
