Therefore, yearn for eternity and keep preparing your hearts in prayer. I am with you and intercede before my Son for each of you, especially for those who have consecrated themselves to me and to my Son. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
Iv just returned from a weeks pilgrimage in medjugorje. My first time was 2 1/2 years ago where i went to confession for the first time in 22 years of which i was in motal sin and receiving our lord in the Eucharist in that state. I am a baptised catholic i went to mass regular and never heard a homilly/sermon on the absolute need of confession the reality of being in a state of mortal sin never heard anything about sin and catholic morality. My parents were luke warn and never encouraged me to seek confession my catholic schools both primary and secondary never taught anything that was true catholic teaching and in that time iv had 5 parish priests who never said anything that would make me question the state of my soul.
