You must have the courage and the faith in the Divine to think of God anew, to realize your responsibilities here and to recognize that you were sent into the world to be a contributor, not a judge or a critic.

Here you must realize that God has initiated all the world’s religions, and they have all been changed by people, even radically changed. To correct the errors of the past, to renew the true faith, and to bring forth the great truth of the ancient religions in their pure form, God has sent a New Revelation into the world, not to replace the religions of the world, but to clarify them and to give them new strength and power and a greater unity with one another.

The old religions, if they are held in contempt of one another, have really become obsolete and will become increasingly so in the future. Now you must see Jesus within the Greater Community and Muhammad and the Buddha and all the great saints and emissaries in a larger context, in a greater series of Revelations—each bringing humanity closer to world civilization and to greater cooperation and a deeper experience of the conscience that God has placed within you. In this sense, all religions are ecumenical. They are all meant to support one another instead of compete and denounce one another.”

Read the Bible from the beginning to the end and learn the ways of your God; the Creator, the Breaker of all that was, is, and is going to be. I was quoting Marshall Vian Summers because he is making dangerous statements. These statements could be a basis for the one-world religion. I do not agree with mixing the blood of the Lamb with a statue of Buddha. Summers writes,

Unity will not be accomplished through human *cooperation. Unity will be accomplished through cooperation with Christ. True prophets have a *responsibility to expose false prophets. Marshall Vian Summers is a false prophet.

The Lord showed me a large bat that represents the false prophet and the antiChrist. I have been wondering why I didn’t see the bat’s wingtips. This could speak of something ‘new’ and the title of Summer’s article is ‘the-new-god.’ Bat’s wings have several wingtips! The bat was approaching the roof of a Gothic house at night. This speaks of the works of darkness coming down from the ‘head.’

REVELATION

There were virgins with oil and there were virgins without oil. The ‘anointed’ virgins “…went with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.” [see Matt 25:10]

“On the morning of 31 Oct 1517, the very day on which Luther would nail his 95 Theses to the church door, Frederick of Saxony had a dream. He told it to his brother, and fortunately it was recorded by many of the chroniclers of the time. Here it is in Frederick’s own words:

Having gone to bed last night, fatigued and out of spirits, I fell asleep shortly after my prayer, and slept calmly for about two hours and a half; I then awoke, and continued awake to midnight, all sorts of thoughts passing through my mind. I got it from one of my old schoolmasters. As to its strength, it is owing to the impossibility of depriving it of its pith or marrow; and I am quite astonished at it myself.” Suddenly I heard a loud noise — a large number of other pens had sprung out of the long pen of the monk. A SHADOW OF THINGS TO COME

Today the Lord quickened me about something, something which deals with the church, both the evangelical church, but mainly the Pentecostal/Charismatic church. I believe God gave me five (5) things which will come in the next 20 years (or sooner) yet I believe within the 20 year time frame it seems to allow time to fulfill that which I heard in my spirit – and they are:

1. The church will see a dramatic shift occur away from traditional teachings and the result will be spiritually catastrophic. I see the rural churches closing due to the loss of the former generation before it. Many will close due to several factors, namely, the lack of desire of believers to attend church. Even the larger churches will see a vast decrease of attendance, which will cause the leaders to go further into compromise in an attempt to draw people to church, forsaking the preaching of the cross and instead allowing the things of the world to cloud its purpose.

2. House assemblies. I heard in my spirit that in the next 2 decades, due to several factors, there will be a rise of religious as well as social persecution against the church, this will cause true Bible believing churches who cannot meet in the traditional setting, to form house gatherings. I believe God was letting me understand that in the coming decades, the remnant of God’s people will not gather in the mainstream churches – they won’t be welcome. True genuine believers who believe in the message of the cross, stands against sin and social ills, will not only be welcome in the coming society, but also in the mainline religious system. A weeding out is coming.

3. The rejection of the Holy Spirit and the gifts. I heard in my spirit today that in the coming decades, that the gifts will no longer be associated with the mainline evangelical church, even in the Pentecostal churches as well as the Charismatic circles, they will have moved away from the teaching and presence of the Holy Spirit and instead, the church will have a form of Godliness, but it will not have the power. We are seeing already the seeds of cessationalism being planted in the church today.

4. Scoffers. At some point in the future, a large number of the church will rise up and reject the teaching and promise of the second coming. They will scoff at the notion Christ is returning, instead, the church (mainline religious system) will replace the teaching of the rapture with a teaching of “this life now”. Those who still believe and are looking for that blessed promise will be scoffed at, ridiculed, persecuted, laughed at, mocked and rejected.

5. Tent gatherings. I see a day coming in the near future where the congregation will gather in tents for a season or period of time because of the rejection of the mainline Denominations to those who hold to the truth.

These are the things I heard in my spirit this morning that the Lord desired for me to know to what is coming in the coming future of the church.
